AID FOR FRIENDS HEALTH FAIR - SATURDAY APRIL 10, 2010

10 AM to 3 PM

You are invited to attend the Health Fair at the Aid For Friends Frail Elderly Outreach Center, 12271 Townsend Road, Philadelphia, PA 19154

Activities include:

*Diabetes Screening, including blood glucose testing

  Free Diabetic Meters (while supply lasts OR coupon to receive one free      

  from your pharmacist)

*Blood Pressure Screening

*Presentation on Aging with Dignity (1/2 hour)

*Informational sessions on Diabetes, Vitamins and other health related  

  issues.  An Audiologist will present information about hearing devices.

* "Brown Bag" - Private medication counseling (if you wish, bring your 

  medications to be checked)

*Individual talks with the pharmacist - Question and answer time

*Vendor tables with MedicAlert information and medical service/equipment    

  available

*Pharmacists and Nurses on site to help you

Buffet lunch (Please RSVP to AFF, 215-464-2224, if you plan to attend, in order for our sponsor to provide an adequate amount of food)
